In stock items are shipped out within 2-3 business days. If you have received your tracking number, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to start showing on the carrier’s website.

Depends. There isn’t a particular date as every group buy has different manufacturing and lead times. Typically in our experience GMK has the longest lead time of 12 months while Infinikey has a turnaround time of within 4-6 months. However, keep in mind that a group buy ship date is not guaranteed and is subject to changes. We post updates on our current and past group buys on Updates or on our Discord Channel.

Completion time is 1-2 days per 100 switches once the work on the order has been started, with a 2-3 business day turnaround.

With COVID came many drastic changes, one of those being a massive increase in online orders. Courier services became heavily inundated, and some still are, and as a result they have thousands, if not millions, of packages to sort daily. In recent times this seems to have decreased, though for USPS if your package has been processed through the San Francisco or New York Jamaica distribution centres, it may still have a 1-2 week delay as they are the two busiest centres in the USA.

As Ashkeebs has handed the package off to the courier service, it is highly recommended to reach out to the courier first, as they will usually be able to provide more in-depth information with their systems on-hand. Ashkeebs should only be contacted for lost/stolen packages, or for other extraordinary issues.

Is the switch lubing service provided in USD or CAD?2020-10-01T00:13:29-07:00

All our orders for the switch lubing service are processed in USD.

I want to cancel my order; are there any fees or processes for this?2021-03-25T10:59:31-07:00

Cancellation for in-stock orders can be done quite easily, as well as for group buy orders that are still within the buy period. However, we cannot cancel group buy orders outside of the buy period, and all orders wishing to be cancelled will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This is to reimburse Ashkeebs for the cost that the payment processor charges that is not returned when a refund is processed.

Refunds will take approx. 5-10 business days to return to your card once processed; this is a timeline provided by the payment processor and is a standard timeframe for most businesses and payment systems.

I have lots of switches that need to be lubed. Is there a discount?2020-10-01T00:13:11-07:00

Yes! High bulk switch lubing may have a discount, please reach out to Ashkeebs.

Can I purchase in-stock items with my switch lubing order?2020-09-30T23:42:25-07:00

Yes, you may include in-stock items in the store with your switch lubing order. Once we’ve completed lubing your order, we will ship them back to you with the products purchased through our store.

Can I purchase in-stock items with a group buy?2020-09-30T23:15:18-07:00

No. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase an in-stock item with a group buy item as the lead times on group buys is vastly different. Please note that any group buy orders that have been made with in-stock items will be cancelled.
