QwertyKeys QK60 R2 Keyboard (Extras)

The QK60 R2 is a return to the celebrated entry in Qwertykeys’ oeuvre of highly affordable and highly customizable keyboards! Like R1, QK60 R2 distinguishes itself from its siblings with support for three layouts – WK, WKL, and HHKB – and a sandblasted acrylic top case as an alternative to the anodized aluminum tops typically found on a QK board. Additionally, each QK60 R2 with an acrylic top and a WKL or HHKB layout comes with a set of custom-moulded plate fillers that fit under the blockers, allowing you to personalize the backlighting as it shines through with a variety of shapes!

As before, the aluminum bottom case and steel weights are available in a variety of colours and finishes, giving you a variety of options to compliment your chosen top case, including several new e-coated colourways for the bottom and the mirror PVD “Dusk” weight popularized by the QK75/80. Internally, the QK60 R2 uses a gasket mount and comes with your choice of plate, with Carbon Fibre being added to the four traditional material options for a total of five.

PCBs for QK60 R2 do not feature flex cuts, and are available in a wired hotswap variation that features QMK/VIA compatibility, or a tri-mode hotswap variation that is configurable through QK Config and features per-key RGB lighting. Finally, we are pleased to share that PCBs from both R1 and R2 are compatible with either board, allowing all QK60 customers to enjoy these new options!
