What a pleasure it is to work with our friends at Wind Studio again, this time showcasing their new Wind X80 keyboard! The Wind X80 Keyboard is Wind Studio’s first keyboard project of the year and fourth project under the X series, continuing the design language of the X series with a minimal concept and subtle personalization choices from the accented side profile and beautifully huge weight block.
The Wind X80 is a F13 TKL featuring both WK and WKL case options, aluminum and mirror SS PVD weight blocks and badges, and numerous matereials for the weight bar. Like Wind Studio’s other boards, the Wind X80 has numeerous mounting methods: PCB gasket, plate gasket, and sandwich mount. There are also three PCB options for those interested in a soldered build, wired hotswap, or tri-mode hotswap.
A small bridge shape front accent piece was added between the function and nav cluster as a CapsLock indicator light that can be switched off if desired. The separated middle frame design highlights the waistline to avoid bloat while providing more colour matching options. They also provide four different foams to customize your build even further!

This keyboard will be manufactured after the GB period. If you join this GB, you’ll receive the keyboard after production is completed in approximately Late Q4 2024/Q1 2025. Please do not add in-stock items, or items from other group buys to this order. All in-stock items added to orders will be cancelled from that order and refunded
