Because you can’t tell me you haven’t just looked at a freezer before and thought to yourself “Damn, that’s a nice looking freezer.” Complete with a grey face and a bright blue LED screen graced with a teal bezel, this gargantuan freezing lab companion was just begging to be used as an inspiration for pieces of matte PBT plastic.

Coming to us from designer ocean.setups is the Switch.Verse deskmat! This mat is inspired by ocean’s previous deskmat design “Liquid WASD”, meshing the surreal and the cosmic with imagery of a melting, planet-sized switch!

Not only has it been fully upgraded in terms of performance and design, it also took a large part of its inspiration from the matte and glossy elements from the Saint Laurent Le Smoking suit.
