MM Studio’s moniker stands for “Minimal Makeover”, an emblem of their design goals of blending modernity with minimalism. The Class60 is their latest retro-style board, preserving the old-school aesthetic of chunky bezels and stylish grooves with its durable metal frame while improving the boards functionality under the hood with modern design sensibilities. The Class60 allows you to choose between a leaf spring or top-mount, with an included buzzer and solenoid to get that extra-crispy vintage sound, and the option for a plateless build.
Though a plateless build of the Class60 is possible, a plate is nonetheless included, and is available in four different materials. Both wired solderable and hotswap PCBs are available, alongside a bluetooth hotswap board for wireless fans, a 64% hotswap PCB that includes support for arrow keys, and a QMK/VIAL-enabled Capacitive PCB kit for true retro enthusiasts – complete with domes and MX-compatible sliders!

The QK60 is another entry in Qwertykeys’ oeuvre of highly affordable and highly customizable keyboards, more than suitable for beginners and enthusiasts alike! Key among the innovations that the QK60 brings to the table is support for three layouts – WK, WKL, and HHKB – as well as the option of a sandblasted acrylic top case in addition to the anodized aluminum tops typically found on a QK board.
As always, the aluminum bottom case and steel weights are available in a variety of colours, giving you a great deal of aesthetic choice when combined with the chosen top case. QwertyKeys has come a long way in a relatively short time – back in 2022, they released their first board, the QK65, officially launching the brand, and have continued to make customizable mechanical keyboards accessible to more and more people, regardless of budget. Now, almost two years later, they’re introducing a new generation of their milestone project – the QK65v2!
While the QK65v2’s iterated design has seen appreciation, QwertyKeys understands the additional external features offered in the v2 may not appeal to everyone, minimalists especially. QwertyKeys has made sure that these voices are heard, and thus have decided to introduce a classic version of the QK65v2 for those who prefer simplicity. By omitting the mini screen and the LED strip, the QK65v2 Classic aligns more closely with the original QK65’s design language. We hope this variant can meet the taste of those who prefer a cleaner look in their peripherals. Internally, the board has seen some revisions, with both top and gasket mounting supported for the build process, and featuring the positively received magnetic PCB connectors, obviating the need for internal cable management. Additionally, a clip-in mechanism has been incorporated in the case design, allowing the QK65v2 to be disassembled in a matter of seconds simply by popping off its feet and releasing the clips. And finally, the addition of a Hall Effect PCB and accompanying Neo Lavender HE switches! Hall effect switches detect the strength and direction of a magnetic field generated by a permanent magnet or electromagnet, allowing for a digital (on/off) or analog (continuous) signal.
Plates are available in the usual five materials – Aluminum (alu-only for HE), CF, FR4, PC, and POM – and the QK65v2 features a tri-mode PCB with your choice of an ANSI or ISO layout!

Designed to honour the materials used in its construction, Chapter 1 shows off the parts that make up the board in a sophisticated and striking fashion. Under Wind Studio’s wing, Daring Run’s first project, the DR-70F, comes in strong with a striking and familiar aesthetic, high-quality production and low cost on top of its unique reversible layout! Not a fan of the standard layout? No problem – rotate the PCB and top case, now it’s a southpaw layout! Similar to Wind Studio’s X series, the DR-70F features the two case parts separated by a distinct brass piece, this time accompanied by a gorgeous matching weight on the back. Provided with the kit by default are a three-piece plate set for gasket mounting, and an additional full plate can be purchased for sandwich mounting.

SP-111 R2 is the brainchild of BlindAssassin111, who has spent the past few years tweaking and modifying the original SP-111’s design, then iterating on these changes until satisfied. These changes include (but are not limited to): a lower profile due to a reduction in the height of both the case and the feet, added microcontrollers on both PCBs, and RGB status indicators as well as a polycarb light pipe located on the left side of the board.
So, why a split southpaw layout? Considerations for comfort and productivity are at the core of this decision – split boards can be arranged in whatever formation the user desires, and the southpaw layout allows easy access to the numpad while simultaneously using a mouse, which is very useful for data entry jobs as well as other applications such as CAD. Furthermore, the right half of the board’s uses 1800-style arrows and a vertical nav cluster, giving the SP-111 R2 the utility of a full-size board while fitting into a smaller form factor.
