  • The first wave of Nazaré 1-60 has finally arrived! Designed by Invezting, longtime community member and founder of Nazaré Engineering, the Nazaré 1-60 has been meticulously crafted to offer a unique look, sound, and feel.

Nazaré 1-60‘s case is made of machined aluminium and features a symmetrical bezel designed to compliment its low front height and provide a clean top-view, as well as a distinctive aluminium blocker badge adorning its bottom right corner. The case bottom bears a novel design; with copper and brass weights representing the sun and moon respectively, and an ocean blue polycarbonate insert betwixt that evokes the waves their immense gravity make on Earth. Nazaré 1-60 also features a custom “rail-ring” mounting system that uses eight gummy O-rings to completely isolate the plate from the case, fitting snugly into the case’s machined grooves (or “rails”) while preserving the keyboard’s sleek form factor.

  • Designed to honour the materials used in its construction, Chapter 1 shows off the parts that make up the board in a sophisticated and striking fashion. Mix and match plates, knobs, and weights to create the board of your dreams, with hundreds of possible combinations! All Chapter 1 boards come with a shell case and a promotional comic book, and several deskmats that match the comic’s style are available for purchase!

Chapter 1 features an engraved single-piece weight that spans the width of the keyboard, creating an amazing typing sound that only gets better with higher density weight material like brass, copper, or steel! Each Chapter 1 case also comes with an encoder knob that matches the material and colour of the chosen kit, with alternate colours and materials available for seperate purchase!

Finally, the Chapter 1‘s leaf spring plate was designed to achieve a bouncier, softer typing feel that is perfectly realized in the polycarb and aluminum plates, with the brass and copper plates providing a more rigid option for those who prefer a more traditional typing experience!

Want to personalize your Chapter 1 or pick up a deskmat? Head over to the parts page!

  • Based on the open-source design of the Bakeneko65, the Block-67 R2 makes a few key improvements over its progenitor. Notably, the internal dimensions of the board have been tweaked for better acoustics, the PCB has been changed to a multi-layout hotswap, and the front height has been adjusted to 17mm, complimenting the uniform 7mm bezel and giving the keyboard its titular blocky appearance.

A variety of spare parts are available for the Block-67, including plates, o-rings, PCBs, daughterboards, and case foam. Available materials for spare plates are Brass, FR-4, Polycarb, and POM, and the o-rings come in two durometers; the 55A o-ring is the default mount used by the Block67, whereas the 30A o-ring is softer, and contributes a bouncier typing feel to the board.
